Schedule Change Request

Interested students can complete a schedule change request for semester two of the 2021-2022 school year starting on January 3rd at 8:00AM through January 10th at 3:30PM. All change requests must go through our online form.

The online request form can only be accessed from a device that is logged in as a lammersvilleusd user, i.e. student accounts.
