Schedule Change Request

Interested students can complete a schedule change request for the 2021-2022 school year starting on August 5th at 8:00AM through August 19th at 3:30PM. All change requests must go through our online form.

The online request form can only be accessed from a device that is logged in as a lammersvilleusd user, i.e. student accounts.

The last day to request a course drop/add or level change in second semester is August 19th at 3:30PM.
