Walk-Through Registration

Walk-Through Registration occurs on Thursday August 5th and Friday August 6th.  Make your appointment today for your registration day and time.  
During the Walk-through process you will complete the following prior to starting the new school year:
  1. Complete Aeries Data Confirmation (Complete BEFORE coming for appointment)
  2. Set up Walk-Through Registration Appointment
  3. Pick up your class schedule
  4. Make school contributions/purchases
  5. School Picture
  6. Join Parent Booster Clubs
  7. Pick up your school-issued Chromebook (Freshmen and new students)
Please read below for details about each step 

Step #1--Complete Aeries Data Confirmation
Login to the Aeries Parent Portal to read and acknowledge yearly notices, health information, contact information, electronic acceptable use agreements, and student handbook.  Be sure to complete all acknowledgments and save your confirmation email.  This will be your ticket into walk-through registration.

STEP #2-- Walk-Through Appointment 
Sign up for your Walk-Through Registration Appointment online through ParentSquare.  You should have received an email with sign-up information.
  • Thursday, August 5th between 1:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.
  • Friday, August 6th between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
Step #3--Pick up your class schedule
MHHS counselors will give you your class schedule.  Counselors can answer any questions you may have about your schedule, and if requests for change need to be made schedule changes can be requested online HERE.
Step #4-- Make your Contributions/Purchases 
The following items are available at Walk-Through Registration for Contribution/Purchase:
  • ASB activities card- $60 (Free t-shirt, all home sporting events free, discount on yearbook, discount on all dances, discount on plays and concerts, etc.)
  • Yearbook-$90 ($80 with ASB card with personalized name plate free)
  • Class T-Shirts-$15
  • P.E. Clothing-$10 shirt, $10 shorts
  • Family Athletic Passes-$150  (Gets up to 5 people into all home sporting events for the school year...great for families who have athletes)
  • Chromebook Coverage-$35
  • Classroom Supply Contribution-$35  The following courses are collecting a supply contribution for materials, labs, supplies, and additional classroom tools that are needed for the courses:
    • Art
    • Ceramics
    • Digital Art
    • Photo
    • Video Productions
    • Science
    • Biomedical Sciences
    • Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Culinary Classes
  • AP Tests-$100 each  (For all students who take AP courses)
Step #5--School Pictures
School pictures will be taken during Walk-Through registration.  These pictures will be used for student ID purposes, and will be the official yearbook photograph for the school year.  Picture purchase information is available at the link below:
Step #6--Booster Clubs
Several booster clubs will be at Walk-Through Registration for guardians/parents to join.  These groups are non-profit organizations that support specialized extracurricular and cocurricular programs at MHHS.  All membership fees and donations to these groups are tax-deductible and directly support the activities of these programs.  We encourage guardians/parents to join the booster organization that supports the activities for which their student is involved.  
Step #7--Chromebook Pick-up
All Freshmen and new incoming students to MHHS will pick up their new Chromebook.
