Schedule Change Request
2023/2024 Schedule Change
Official Schedules will be available in Aeries and at Walk-Through Registration on Wednesday July 26th and Thursday July 27th. Students who are interested in a schedule change will need to request a change by speaking to their Counselor at Walk-Through Registration.
If you are unable to attend Walk-Through Registration, you will have an opportunity to meet with a Counselor at lunch on August 7th-9th to discuss a schedule change.
Important to remember:
- A schedule change can only be approved if the course is available and works in your schedule.
- All AP Add/Drop requests must be submitted by August 1st.
- Schedule changes will NOT be accepted through email (or via an online form), all requests must be submitted by speaking with a Counselor at Walk-Through Registration or speaking with a Counselor during the first week of school.
- Students WILL NOT have the opportunity to request a schedule change for semester 2. The courses you are placed in, in August will be your schedule for the full 2023-2024 academic school year (unless otherwise stated).
- Students submitted a COURSE REQUEST in Spring 2023. While we do our best to give every student their first choice, it is not always possible - please remember that the courses you selected in Spring 2023 are not guaranteed. Official schedules will be released on 7/26/23.
IMPORTANT - All AP Course Add/Drop requests must be completed by AUGUST 1st.
***If you are unable to speak with a Counselor at Walk-Through Registration, a Google Form will be sent out on Friday 7/28. All students requesting a change to an AP course will have the opportunity to request a change through the form***
