Math 2
Course Description
MATH 2: One year course; Prerequisite: Completion of Math 1, or Algebra with a C or better.
The specific content of the course includes an extension of the real number system into irrational and complex values, quadratic functions and applicable algebraic skill sets, probability basics, right triangle trigonometry and similarity, and coordinate geometry. This course fulfills the UC/CSU “c” requirement. Meets NCAA requirements.
