Math 3

MATH 3:  One year course; Prerequisite:  Completion of Math 2 with a C or better.

The specific content of the course includes intermediate algebra skills, vector and three-dimensional geometry, trigonometry, polynomial and rational expression analysis, conic sections, parametric and polar functions, exponential and logarithmic analysis, and statistical data modeling and validation.  This course prepares students for PreCalculus. This course fulfills the UC/CSU “c” requirement. Meets NCAA requirements.
