Financial Applications

FINANCIAL APPLICATIONS:  (Junior or Senior Year) One year course; Prerequisite:  Completion of Math 1 or

Math 1A and Math 1B

This class combines algebraic and graphical approaches with practical business and personal finance applications.  Students will study topics such as modeling a business, banking services, automobile ownership, preparing for a budget, and planning for retirement. Fulfills UC/CSU “g” requirement.
