Course Description
ART 2: One year course; Prerequisite: Art 1 or Drawing 1 or equivalent; Open to grades 10, 11, 12.
This course is a continuation of Art 1 and is intended to help students begin building their Art portfolio. Students will begin an advanced study of drawing, painting, and design through exploring a variety of art media. Students will learn to develop their personal, artistic voice and style. This course is intended to prepare students to continue into Art 3 or AP Studio Art. A $25 donation will help defray the cost of this course. Fulfills UC/CSU “f “ requirement.
