Athletic Physicals Being OfferedHello Mustangs!
Dr. Andy Su will be offering physicals in coordination with the MHHS athletic department for any students still needing to update their athletic clearance for winter and/or spring seasons. They will take place on Tuesday, October 25 from 12:00-1:00 and Thursday, October 27 from 11:50-12:45 in the gym lobby. Both of these times are during Success! and students must sign up on FlexTime Manager. Students will also need to bring a signed consent form (attached). The cost of the physical exam is $20 and only cash and check will be accepted. No cards.
