On April 3, 2024 the Mountain House High School Chapter of HOSA Future Health Professionals departed Mountain House High School to compete in the Cal-HOSA State Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California. Over the following three days students competed against thousands of the best of the best in California. Additionally, students participated in a variety of enriching activities such as a college/career expo or workshops like anatomy and physiology trivia, stress management, recreational therapy, medical escape rooms, suturing clinics and more. It is fair to say that the ninety-one students arrived back in Mountain House on Sunday tired but enriched. The following is a list of the Top Five Finalists along with other awards that the chapter achieved. (Note: over a third of the MHHS attendees were Top 5 finalists.

The final award won for the MHHS chapter was 1st Place in the Talent Show. The reward for this was that Mountain House High School received reserved seating in front of the stage at the Grand Awards Ceremony. The amazing student who won this was Diya Dileep with an amazing cultural dance.
