Mountain House Mustangs vs. Tracy Bulldogs on Saturday Extends Winning Streak

.Mountain House entered their tilt with Tracy on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They strolled past the Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 78-61. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Jordan Williams was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in blocks (five). Another player making a difference was Braylon Major, who went 7-for-9 to rack up 15 points and seven boards.

Mountain House smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds every time they've taken the court this season.

Mountain House's record now sits at 5-2. As for Tracy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain House will host Tokay at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mustangs will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.14 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Tracy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Galt at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
