That’s the puzzle teams had to solve when facing Mountain House center Jordan Williams — and throughout the Delta King Classic, no one really cracked it.
Williams kicked off Mountain House’s title run with 18 points and six rebounds in a 57–38 win over Chavez on Nov. 4, controlling the paint from the opening tip.
He followed it the next day with nine points and eight boards against McNair, scoring off pick-and-rolls, slips, fades and straight power moves at the rim.
Then he saved his best for the championship. Williams erupted for 22 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks — plus three threes — as Mountain House secured the tournament crown.
