California Association of Student Councils (CASC) Spring Leadership Conference

.We’re excited to share an incredible opportunity for our students to grow as leaders and connect with peers from across the Central Valley.

The California Association of Student Councils (CASC) Region 5 is hosting its Spring Into Action Leadership Conference on:

Saturday, April 11th, 2026

When: 9:00 AM–2:30 PM

Where: San Joaquin County Office of Education (2707 Transworld Drive, Stockton)

Cost: $10 per student (lunch included; scholarships available) This student-led conference is open to all students in grades 8–12; you do not need to be in ASB or Leadership to participate.

Students will: Engage in hands-on leadership workshops Build communication and networking skills Connect and network with students from across Region 5 Learn how to launch a passion project in their community The event will feature keynote speaker Kristen Birtwhistle, CEO of United Way of San Joaquin County and recipient of both the Athena and Susan B. Anthony Awards.

CASC has a strong history of developing student leaders, with alumni going on to attend top universities and lead in impactful careers. This is a great opportunity for any student looking to grow, lead, and make a difference. Students can register using the QR code on the flyer.
