Athletic Clearance Required for All MHHS Sports

Mountain House High School uses homecampus.com to securely register students for athletic participation. Everything is uploaded onto the website below and none of the documents are required to turn in to the office. Register today at: homecampus.com

Steps to the clearance process:
● Go to homecampus.com

● Click “For Students & Parents”

● Click California

● If you do not have an account, you will register for one that will stay with
you throughout your high school career at MHHS.

● Make sure you select the sport/s that you plan on participating in and the
CORRECT school year.

● Fill out the information. Both student and parent/guardian will have to fill
out some information and electronically sign.

● Scan your physical and upload. Make sure that the doctor’s signature and
date are visible on the scanned copy. If your physical is 2 pages please be
sure to upload both pages.

● Scan proof of insurance (health insurance card) and upload. You can take
a picture of the FRONT of your card or upload any document that proves
that you are insured.

● Physicals are valid for one (1) calendar year and must cover the ENTIRE
season that you are participating in to be cleared.

● Students will need a new athletic clearance application EVERY school year.

● You will not be cleared if any part of the process is missing:
○ Signatures
○ Physical (Please see physical dates below)
○ Proof of insurance (Health Insurance Card)

Clearances are processed from May 27 - June 9 and two weeks prior to the start of each
season. The clearance process takes 24-48 hours after you submit. If after 48 hours you
have not received a confirmation that you have been cleared, please email Mrs. Nunn
