The MHHS Academic Decathlon team just took part in the 43rd Annual San Joaquin County Academic Decathlon on Saturday, Feb. 3rd. On behalf of the Decathlon team we would like to thank Mrs. D’Souza for coaching the team, help us in funding and bringing us to succeed! We are very proud to represent Mountain House High School.
Congratulations to our winners in the Honors Division II and entire team taking 5th placed overall.
We are very proud to represent Mountain House High School. I, Jordan Prawira, and Allan Zhang took the top two spots in Honors Division II. Our team placed 5th overall.
Jordan received $250 as a first place winner, and Allan received $100 as a second place winner.
Best of all, Jordan was honored as one of the top 2 scoring students in the entire competition , receiving the $500 Walter Rathhaus award!
