Campus Safety Update

This is an updated reminder to all parents and guardians about our procedures surrounding adult visitors on campus, checking students out, and access to student information.  Mountain House High School Staff must be able to positively identify adult visitors to our campus.  In order to maintain the safety of our students and their information please note the following:

• Any adult who comes to campus must have valid photo identification to access student information, check students out, or gain access to any student.  
• Adults who are not listed on student contact list in Aeries will not be provided any information about the student.
• Any adult who calls in to campus for information about a student must be calling from a phone that has caller id unblocked, and matches numbers found in the student contact list in Aeries.

Please note that if our staff cannot positively identify the adult, no information will be released to the adult.  If you would like to update the contacts in your Aeries account, please do so through the Aeries Parent Portal by clicking on Student Info > Contacts and then click the Add button.  Parents can also add contacts by calling the attendance office at 209-836-7460, emailing the attendance office at [email protected], or coming in to the attendance office.
