Mountain House Library Winners for the MHHS Adult Library Cards Contest

All of my Digital Art students were required to design and submit an entry for the new Adult Library Cards for the Mountain House Library. Final submissions were due on 10/31/22, but we started this project in September beginning with a rough draft assignment requiring each student to create a minimum of three concept sketches with write-ups.The contest requires a design for the front of the card as well as a smaller keychain card. The goal of the contest was to design a library card in the style representative of your favorite book genre with all content being originally created. From the initial concepts, each student then selected one concept to develop into their final library card.  This final submission also required a write-up describing why each design decision was made ideally to reinforce the awareness of the students' successful design choices.
