I wanted to make you aware of our relatively new President’s Scholars Program here at Las Positas College. It is a need-based scholarship that covers full tuition, fees, text books and parking for two years. The scholarship also includes a $1,000 per year stipend and the use of a personal computer.
To be considered as one of the twenty President’s Scholars this fall, applicants must be a senior from Livermore, Dublin, Castro Valley, San Ramon, Lammersville or Tracy Unified School District who has already applied for admission to LPC for the fall semester 2023. Applicants must also plan to enroll full-time and have the intent to transfer to a four-year college or university after receiving their associate degree from LPC.
This program is a great opportunity to get a full ride to LPC, participate in leadership sessions hosted by LPC president Dr. Dyrell Foster, serve as an ambassador of the college, and become part of a community of other Scholars. The deadline to apply is Friday March 24, 2023. Interested seniors should apply at laspositascollege.edu/
