The Stockton (CA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is excited to announce its college scholarships opportunity. We provide scholarships to African American high school seniors living in San Joaquin or Stanislaus Counties. Scholarships are awarded to students pursuing a course of study at a two or four-year educational institution.
