.The MHHS Black Student Union welcomed The Stockton (CA) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated to host a "Lunch and Learn" to kick off the organization's signature program, LIFE (Links International Foreign Affairs and Business Empowerment for Youth). The program exposes minority students to college and career paths in international business and foreign affairs. Dr. Charles Moses, Dean of the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, was the guest speaker to over 35 BSU students and guests. Students were encouraged to prepare for a rapidly evolving workforce by leading with the things they love and are most passionate about doing. Health Plan of San Joaquin sponsored swag bags with goodies and scholarship information for students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare.
