Congressman Josh Harder (CA-09) recently announced Anisha Pandey, a student at Mountain House High School, as the first-place winner of the 2023 Congressional App Challenge. Her app, titled NeurDraw, provides emotive-based art therapy and local resources for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Anisha’s app, NeurDraw, will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol Building and on the official House of Representatives Congressional App Challenge website. She will be visiting Washington, D.C., in April to showcase NeurDraw to the United States Congress and network with other app developers from across the nation.
