Dear LUSD Parents,We want to inform you that the
LUSD Technology Department will conduct a
Mid-Year Chromebook Audit for all MHHS students during their
second period on
January 23rd and January 30th. Please ensure your student has their Chromebook on the scheduled date for their school’s audit.
Why is this important?
This audit is necessary to ensure that all student devices are accounted for and to validate the accuracy of each school site’s inventory.
Your student must bring their LUSD-issued Chromebook and charger to school on the day of their audit. What do you need to do?
- Ensure your student’s device has the LUSD barcode. If it does not, please have them visit their Learning Commons to get a new barcode before the audit.
- Make sure your student is present on the day of the audit. If they are absent or forget their device, they can get it scanned at their school’s Learning Commons anytime between January 21st and January 31st.
Important Note:
If the device is not scanned by
January 31st, it will be marked
LOST, and your student will be charged the
full replacement cost ($350+). After January 31st, if your student receives a LOST fine, they can bring their device to the
Learning Commons to have it scanned, and the fine will be removed.
