Please use the resources and links below for support with completing your incoming 9th grade course requests in Aeries. 
 
Both student and parent Aeries portals will have the ability to enter and edit course requests through the scheduling window. 
The scheduling window for the 2025-2025 Academic Year: January 6th - February 6th, 2025
 
Students: You will watch a Incoming 9th Grade Virtual Presentation (linked below) and then Counselors will be joining your classroom to answer questions and support with entering your Course Request into Aeries (Jan. 6th-Jan. 9th). 
 
Parents: All presentations for the 2025-2026 school year are available for viewing below. There will be Virtual Q & A sessions available for parents/students to attend (schedule below). 
 
Curriculum Fair (Jan. 23rd, 2025 6:00-8:00PM) - Counselors will be available at the Curriculum Fair to address any questions you may have.

MHHS Counselors will not be meeting individually with 8th grade students or families. Counselors must place priority on their 450+ caseload of 9th-12th grade students, due to time constraints we cannot meet individually.
