Certifications and Awards

Mountain House High School is proud to be a Common Sense Media certified school through the 2020 school year. Schools that are recognized by this organization are committed to deep implementation of the Common Sense Digital Citizenship Curriculum. Earning the Common Sense School certification is a symbol of our school's dedication to helping students think critically and use technology responsibly to learn, create and participate. As part of this certification, our students engage regularly in Advisory lessons, and embedded information in their classes that help students to understand their responsibility to be good digital citizens, to avoid conflict in their online environments, and to establish integrity in their online lives. Common Sense Media also has great resources for parents who are striving to teach good digital citizenship in the home, and to make good media choices.
