Mountain House High School and the Lammersville Unified School District put safety and security at the forefront of our efforts to slow the spread of the COVID-19 viral pandemic. As such, the school year began in a distance learning format. With the recent change in number of confirmed cases in San Joaquin County, our Board of Education has decided to bring students and teachers back to campus on April 19, 2021 in a hybrid format. The decision was also made to return to full in-person instruction with the traditional 7 period day on May 10, 2021. The school district and Board of Education will continue to monitor the pandemic guidance from national, state, and local health officials in relation to this return to campus If conditions change, the district and school board will communicate any change in on-camus attendance.
A Virtual Safety Protocol Meeting took place for the entire community on April 14, 2021 at 6:30 P.M. where discussed specific sanitization and safety protocols that take place once students returned to campus. You can find the recording of this meeting here: https://tinyurl.com/MHHSReturnSafety A link to our virtual meeting slides is posted at the bottom of this page.
In addition to the above protocols, now that vaccinations are available for all students 12 and older, MHHS encourages students to obtain the vaccination. A vaccination clinic will be offered to students on-campus in late May and early June. Links to information about this are found below.
Also below are links that will be updated on a regular basis to help you understand what we are doing to ensure safety for students, faculty, staff and our community.
